“This is my third motorized retractable awning that I have purchased. My first two were 20 feet long and it kept getting tangled up in the jasmine vine that we have on the side of our patio. I went with the 16 foot long and it is working perfectly. The new one was easy to assemble and with the help of two other friends to install it up on the patio. I also have the wind, sun and rain sensor attached to it, and it works perfectly. Strongly suggest this type of awning for anybody who is in the market for your back patio, RV, or just a shade shaded swim area.”
