“Very difficult to put together. It’s still not put together. We’ve watched lots of videos on line, more helpful than directions that came in box. Frustrated!!! I’ve got calls out to bring in the professionals. If your handy with tools, it might be okay. I really thought 90%of this would come all assembled. Seems like once professional installed, it will be fine. I got what a paid for it. Cheap price, headache on the back end... it’s likely going to cost more to install. Ugh!”

“I saved money by buying your product but cost dearly in time and aggravation to install. I had to call 3 times to get info to install and was given different information each time and still unable to have it work properly.”
