Included is an electric motor that easily opens or closes the awning within a minute. For economical purposes or in the case of no electricity, a simple hand crank is provided for manual retraction of the awning. Assembly is required. One-Year Warranty included.

“I had a little bit of a hard time putting the awning together but got it done. Looks and works great. I am sending a picture of our awning. I tried to go to your site to send pictures and get a coupon for the 10% off our next two awnings we are going to buy in March when your new shipment comes in. But could not get your site to open. Thanks Wayne”

“The awning is great, but the instructions to put it together need to be redone. They are very hard to follow. I ordered a 16' awning, so it has 3 sections to put together. The instructions that came with it were for a small awning that only had 2 sections to put together, so it was difficult to follow and get the middle piece installed correctly.”
