The fabric offers up to 152 square feet of coverage and is made from 100% polyester to best protect you from the elements and keep the inside of your home cool on hot days. Included is an electric motor that easily opens or closes the awning within a minute. For economical purposes or in the case of no electricity, a simple hand crank is provided for manual retraction of the awning. Assembly is required. One-Year Warranty included.

“Can’t say enough about the customer service it was fantastic haven’t had service like that in a long time. We had an issue with one of the bars. But emailed sent pictures and a replacement was ordered all in the space of a couple of hours. So although we had an issues I would still recommend and would buy from them again. I love my new awning.”

“Beautiful! Makes our unusable deck usuable in the summer. The directions suck!! But I should have went on youtube for video instructions. Very affordable, and somewhat easy to install, I assembled it one day and hung it the next day, great orice for what you get”

“The awning although a great price I feel is ok and not great. Some of the instructions were a bit difficult to understand, thanks to a YouTube video I was able to complete the assembly correctly. Some of the pieces came scratched and dented right out of the box but figured it would be more of a headache to pack everything up and send back so I just kept it as is. The actual awning moves a bunch with just the slightest gusts of wind. Overall you are getting what you paid for I guess. Maybe a smaller awning would be a bit more stable. I would recommend to someone who is not looking to spend much on an awning but definitely would recommend not getting such a big one. For something this size I would go with another type of shade option. Overall I would give it a 6/10.”

“As I mentioned in an email to customer service last week, when we opened the box to remove the components, we noticed a few dings here and there, as if this awning was a "return". This made us somewhat uncomfortable, thinking Quality Control was not up to par and parts might be missing. However, since we had already scheduled a handiman to install the device, we moved forward with the project and some touchup white paint. THE INSTRUCTIONS DO NOT HAVE THE DETAILS NEEDED, NOR DOES THE VIDEO. In the end, after hours of trying to interpret missing details, we succeeded. It works!”
