“A long string of disappointment. Colors do not match description, exchanging the color will come at your cost, additional mounting hardware is expensive, discount offered but never given and not the best experience with Customer Service. They are great at selling, that is about it. I'd recommend you buy through a retailer for when you have to return it without being penalized.”

“The video isn't worth much. First, it goes by very fast so you can't see what's actually being done, and there's no way to slow it down. Second, there's no narrative - bag the music! Go look at some of the how-to videos on YouTube for examples.”
