“This was an awful experience! The instructions were not clear at all, and after 2 days of trial and error, we called for reinforcements. So while I read out the instructions, the 4 of us re-started the process. . We'd managed to get it hung, and the motor worked, but no amount of adjustment would get it extended and retracted properly. YouTube videos, phone calls to the Service dept. didn't help. I had to call a local awning company to do the job, and ended up paying them almost what I paid for the awning itself! Never again will I order from a Chinese company who send the pre-assembled pieces put together backwards and can't write English. No, I'm not happy.”
