“Arrived on time, good packaging. Product as described except lacked clear instructions. It would make it so much easier if the bars were coded or numbered. It took me a while to assumble the product after a few tries connecting them wrong. I had to set it aside, go online search youtube, find instructions video for SWAN Awning which appears to be the same design and product installation instructions then I was able to finish it the next day.One person, 2nd story and I was able to install it, so it is light weight. I had to improvise attaching the arms to the wall, no matter I could not drill into the wall.”

“THIS WAS A GREAT BUY EXCEPT THAT IT DOES NOT HAVE A WAY FOR YOU TO INSTALL IT UNDER THE EVES OF YOUR DOORWAY. HAD TO JURY RIG IT BUT GOT IT DONE AND ITS BEEN UP FOR 2 YEARS AND HOLDING STRONG. WE HAVE SOME HIGH WINDS AND STRONG SUNLIGHT IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE AND THIS COVERS MY DOOR WAY TO KEEP THE ELEMENTS AWAY.”
