“Remember that this is made in China, if you hadn't figured that out for the cost.I wanted two for my runabout. I have Amazon prime so I ordered one at first to see if it worked or not, it did. I've have bought this style before and always found the airflow to be lacking. There are more than 80 wires in the fan cage so I used a pair of wire cutters and cut out every other one on both sides. It doesn't do anything for the noise but improves the airflow, considerably. Like most things from China they need to be "Americanized" a little. I ordered the 2nd one and made the same improvement. For the price I look at these to be disposable and they are being used in a marine environment so anything over a year is a plus.”
