“I cant wait to get it. You said to arrive 5/18/20. You also asked if maybe I might want to see what other ones that were available. I've tried to email and call on numerous occasions was on hold forever and noone picked up then I had to hang up. One of those times I called and on hold forever, someone accidentally picked up and was having an argument with someone else. I kept saying "hello" and when they finally heard me they hung up on me....so Far.... I am not a happy camper.”

“This was challenging to put together, especially for one person. The packaging was deplorable and it arrived ripped open and nuts/bolts missing, so I had to go buy some replacements. The tarp didn’t even last a month before holes started to form For no reason. Wasn’t even getting rubbed. This winter rain and wind tore it to SHREDS. So I have to replace it with something more heavy duty. It should last much longer. I wouldn’t use this in a high-predator situation without a lot more zip ties, buried wire, etc. I have mine behind another fence so dogs can’t get in, and I don’t have a coon problem here so everything has been ok. But for a good enough run at a decent price point For everything being included, it works. (Included picture shows the shredded tarp)”

“The frame of the coop was very easy to put together. The directions were great. I would recommend purchasing heavier duty zip ties as the ones that come with the unit are very small and break easily. The chicken wire comes in 3 rolls. The 3rd roll should be pre cut for the front and the back of the coop. We ended up with a lot of sharp edges due to having to cut the roll ourselves.”

“Our chicken run arrived with missing hardware. The packaging had been damaged in transit. I contacted Customer Service and provided the necessary photos and list of missing hardware. After two emails everything from ALEKO started going to spam. Their toll free number is not working. After waiting a week for the hardware to arrive, I called the toll number and discovered nothing had been sent because of the spam issue. Finally straightened out what was needed and where to send it. The package arrived. The hinges were still missing. My husband made his own hinges from parts from Home Depot. The instructions to put it together leave a lot to be desired as well. We have it together. The product itself is great. Look for it somewhere else.”
