“I placed an order for a replacement carport roof for my CP1020BE on Jan. 20, 2020 and Aleko's response was prompt, but stated the part was on back order and would not be available for several weeks. Even when it becomes available, the only option is for a WHITE roof, not beige like the rest of my carport. If the white material is more durable and weather resistant than the beige original, I would be happier and the different color wouldn't matter. I suspect however, the material will be the same short lived material as the original, just white in color rather than beige. I'm still waiting for a replacement, so the jury is still out on a ruling for my overall experience.”

“ALEKO review. The carport didn't fit and was so flimsy just trying to secure it made it tear at the grommets (see images). The grommets are too near the edge, too, a poor design. After a lot of back and forth it was clear that ALEKO doesn't understand (or care) that a product must perform as advertised or money refunded (Warranty of Marketability). To get the refund, one must return the item in ALEKO's packaging (it no long fit in the box, of course, see images) or be charged a 15% re-stocking fee! Also, there must be no damage. There was already damage just trying to put it up as the material is wafer thin. We'd have been better off trying to use tissue paper. As for it being "heavy duty" the product is to "heavy duty" what toilet paper is to metal. In conclusion, we're left with junk that can't be returned without jumping through far too many hoops with a company that is impossible to work with. We are warning everyone not only to NOT buy this product (rubbish) but to stay away from ALEKO’s product line in general as they are not professional. Period.”

“Yhis swing is TOP'S well constructed, seems like it will last. I scotch garded all the fabric,it rained, rolled right off,Will do it again in 6 months, I put greese on all of the conectors to avoid future rusting in case, I wolul highly reccomend this product,shipping was good, the box was somewhat beat up but no damage to the swing.”
