I had a power surge and needed technical services to diagnose how to get it up and running. I ended up replacing everything. At the end of the process I had to have an electrician work on it to reprogram the remote and work on the circuit board. It seemed the technical support didn’t fully understand the circuit board and reprogramming of the remotes

I'll give it a five stars. My motor was just making a clicking noise and motor would not spin or show any signs of movement. I thought the mother board or the motor it self were burnt because I found a spot on the chassis where the power line was rubbing and started shorting out. However it only blew my capacitor. I replaced, it but found out I had to reprogram all my control remotes, which was not something difficult to do.
