“Ordered it in November. Received it in March. Held up everything on my project as measurements are vague (as in, exactly how tall with the wheels installed and how far apart do you set posts). It’s a slide gate and sold that way, yet none of the holes are pre drilled for the rollers, extension or wheels. Took some effort to drill the 16 holes total. Nor does it include bolts for the rollers or wheels, so I had to buy those elsewhere. Seems decent quality and powder coating is good, but for over $3000 I’d expect a little better. Nor does it come with slide gate installation instructions either, so you have to wing it or hire a professional which defeats the purpose of DIY. Customer service seems to be lost as to status. Ordered a different brand chain gate opener based on that. I can’t imagine needing tech support. One edit. An 18’ gate is actually 17’ 6”. For a slide gate since the posts with rollers must be inset, the max opening you can get is about 16’. I specifically needed an 18’ gate. Very disappointing.”
