The Madrid Style Sliding Driveway Gate captures the classic magnificence of historic wrought iron gates at an affordable price. One of the most dramatic changes you can make to the exterior of your home is adding an electronic opening gate that increases home security and enhances the aesthetics of your property.
All ALEKO gates are constructed with heavy duty galvanized steel and feature a powder paint coating to preserve the gate's timeless beauty. All ALEKO gates are resistant to rust and corrosion, featuring paint that will never chip, peel or crack. All automatic gates also include a 10-year warranty.
To complete the look, add a matching Madrid-style iron panel fencing around the perimeter of your property. For easy pedestrian access, also include the Madrid-style pedestrian gate, which fits perfectly with the fence panels.
Make this driveway gate into an automatic gate by installing a gate opener. We recommend browsing our selection of sliding gate openers for the smoothest operation. Find extra/replacement parts for your driveway gate here.

Delivery time – Very fast, though it could just be proximity. ALEKO is located in the state of Washington and I am on the Oregon coast. It arrived in less than a week when I was expecting 5-10 business days Quality of product – this depends on what you are ordering. I assume that if you are ordering the swinging gate, the quality is awesome. However, if you are ordering a sliding gate, be prepared to not have instructions on how to assemble, and plan on welding/boring through metal. There is no mention of this need (that I was able to find) on the website or in the (useless) manual (see below). It wasn’t until I reached out multiple times that I was told this was the process (see below) Customer service – HORRIBLE. After receiving the product, I had many questions about what I had received and where to start. I called customer service to ask for a detailed manual for my specific gate, and they said the only had one. Person on the phone was very short and dismissive. I am a nice person and always treat people I call for help with decency and courtesy, but this member couldn’t get me off the phone fast enough. Once I started installation (with a contractor who also couldn’t make sense of the instructions) and had questions, I called customer service again at 2pm PST on a Friday with questions. I was met with the voicemail saying it was after business hours, which it was definitely not as ALEKO and I are in the same time zone. So, I emailed my questions on Saturday so that I would have them documented and waited until Monday to call back. When I called back, it sounded like I got the same customer service rep, and he told me that Mondays are busy, he cannot help and I should wait 24-48 hours before the email is responded to. Once I got an email response, whoever this person was didn’t answer myt questions and didn’t provide any additional details around what I needed. This is where I eventually found out that I have to weld/bore through the metal, and it took additional emails (4 or 5) to get all of my questions answered. I also tried to get contact information for a manager or someone who could make decisions, and all they told me was that they only have their one customer service number. Never was I able to speak to someone who had any level of responsibility Instructions – absolutely brutal. It seems ALEKO has one manual that is supposed to do the job for their many different variations and sizes of gates. It isn’t even specific as to which gate it is for. And if you have a sliding gate, be prepared to figure it out on your own Materials – everything seems to be of good quality so far. It’s really curious as to why the gates and poles are not made for the job they are supposed to do. When you are required to weld or drill holes to attach a company’s own part, you gotta think that they didn’t really care about making it right, just getting it out the door. Or they are really not smart.
