“Your ordering system is insane. You first rejected my order because I have a Canadian master card. So I ordered again with my Visa card - order also cancelled. I called the help desk, who did not know how to proceed. So I had an American friend place an order. Then you put the first 2 orders through! When we went to pick up our awnings there should have been 3 but there were only 2. I have no idea if you sent his order or not. You did bill his card though. Ordering from Aleko was a Disaster from one end to the other.”

“I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT YOU VIA EMAIL FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO RETURN THIS ITEM. THE SEAM IN THE MIDDLE IS TOO THICK TO GO THROUGH THE TRACK ON THE BACK . THE FRONT WORKED FINE. I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT NO ONE HAS CONTACTED AND I ONLY HAVE 30 DAYS TO RETURN THIS ITEM WHICH I PURCHASED EARLY MAY. PLEASE CONTACT ME”
