“Material is good. Fabric spline cord for valence was too small. Had to use old one. Instructions that came with the fabric have a great flaw. They say to crank in the awning until the arms are tight them remove the support rollers. Big mistake. It needs to say to clamp or secure the arms, if you don't secure them with straps, you run the risk of hurting yourself or sevearly damaging the arms The video is much better and is the way to go, not follow the instructions that come with the replacement awning.”
