“We have not installed the awning due to the winter season. Open the package, fabric looks of good quality, colors are very vivid. Price was right, service and shipping were superb!”

“The awning is good quality and the color is what we expected. The trim on the valance is not as heavy as the original awning but only time will tell how it wears in the weather. It looks okay. My real issue is with the size. The replacement fabric is one foot smaller than the description. Now that it is installed there is about 4 or 5 inches of the front bar hanging out "naked". The specifications state several lines down that the finished fabric is 11 ft. wide, but that's NOT what is in the headline description (12 ft) and I missed it.... It will get the job done, but it's not as attractive as I hoped.”

“Looks even better in person!! Great quality fabric that is waterproof, water just beads up and rolls off. Very easy to replace once you get it started in the tracks, but I would recommend 3 people for smooth install! Exceeded expectations and looking to enjoy this for years. Will definitely return in future for replacement!!”
