“I ordered 2 20x10 awning fabric replacements and an anti-bark dog collar and they only sent 1 and no bark collar. But they did make it right and sent the missing stuff.(2) Prior orders (20x10 awnings) both were missing parts which they sent after calling them. One was damaged and one had the wrong bracket which I had to modify to get it to work (which was faster and easier than taking down and reordering the correct bracket). Overall happy with the products I've ordered from Aleko. Need to work on their shipping dept.”
