“Aleko purposly does not put serial numbers on their gate. If you cannot find your receipt you are out of luck because my Aleko gate rotted out within their 10 year warranty. I will be taking Aleko to court. Their advertisement that states Rust Proof is a lie. My purchase of this gate opener is because my first Aleko gate opener fell apart. The wire in this opener that goes to the limit switch hangs out of the opener. I stuffed it in best I could. The screw that holds the limit switch spins in the wind. I had to put a larger screw in it to keep it from sliding around. A VERY POOR DESIGN. A TERRIBLE COMPANY THAT WEASELS OUT OF HONORING THEIR WARRANTY.”

“They took my money and charged me $79.68 for overnight shipping waited a week and sent me a email telling me that I owed a additional $100 for shipping total rip off no one charges $180 for shipping and then when I called they said I could have 2 day shipping for the amount I had already paid of $79.68 so I accepted then still didn't receive the product. So, I called again and they rep told me I owed the additional $100 I said no I called last week and the rep I spoke with told me that they were mailing it out that day for me for 2 day shipping from the money I already paid. He put me on hold got back on and said they needed an extra $20 for shipping to add to my $79.68 before they could ship it. Total FRAUD and I am so unhappy with this company I wish I never brought my gate operator from ALEKO but this distributor is terrible does bad business and my gate is still broken.”

“Worked good and the order shipped super fast I received in a couple of days via free ground shipping, the original one lasted about 3 1/2 years then the gears failed so not too bad of service life.”
