“Very happy with it. Used it 2 times so far. Heavier duty and bigger than I expected. Shipping containers were solid! See pictures. My detailed experience below: Since I have it connected to a filter pump, I’m not using it as it’s thermosiphon designed, and pumping water through the coil, rather than natural thermosiphon. The first test was with full filter flow through the heater. The second test was with restricted flow. So far I’ve raised my 700 gallon / 8 foot stock tank from 67°F to 79°F in about 3.5 hours, which works out to about 5.7 kW of heat into the water. The heater is advertised as being equivalent to a 10–15 kW electric heater. I’m currently installing a bypass loop so I can keep full filter flow while adjusting the flow through the heater to see if I can improve performance.”

“I love my new tub heater. I have used it twice now. My only regret is not going with this to start with. I played around with coils in campfires, etc.. This is a much better price than the CHOFU and you don’t have to buy all the extras because it comes with it. Outstanding.! Satisfied so far”

“I haven't actually hooked it up yet, not for a few months. I have a very good feeling about it since it is built with bigger circulating pipes and a larger smoke stack than the higher priced competetors. I see no reason why it should not work nicely. Personaly, I am going to set my system up with a small pump and not depend on the "thermosyphon" , I beleive that by running it at a lower temperature, it will last longer. These things do not last forever , I've already seen that using the Japanese competitor.”

“Hooked it up to a 300 gal stock tank thermocouple, and added a small pool pump for some flow and bubbles. Works great! 104 in a couple hours using oak, a standard size bag of it is good for an evening. I assist the thermocouple at first with the pool pump. Regular firewood has to be cut in half to fit in, no big deal,”
