“The unanswered question when buying hardware is (1) how durable it is, (2) how well the company responds to requests for help, and (3) how easy it is to repair. My Aleko swing gate openers functioned perfectly for 2 years and then one stopped working. A call to Aleko support resulted in a clear diagnosis that a faulty limit switch was the likely source of the problem. The replacement switches were inexpensive and were promptly mailed to me. An online video link provided by Aleko support gave clear instructions. It was surprisingly easy to disasemble the arm and slip in new switches. Getting the long clamping bolts back into position took some fiddling. The gate is again working perfectly. In the end the problem was not the switch itself that failed. A wire had come loose at the connector between the switch and the cable to the control box. I am pleased that parts and knowledge were easily provided by Aleko. I have increased confidence that the gate opener will be durable but that repairs are straightforward when needed.”

“The wire on my original Limit Switch was snagged on a branch and was broken and I was easily able to find a replacement on the ALEKO website. The order was delivered fast and the price was reasonable. It was easy to install and my gate works even better than before. I am so thankful that ALEKO made it easy to buy the replacement part on their website to repair my gate opener. I especially liked that the item description listed all of the compatible models of gate openers and I didn't have to guess which one would work on my gate. Thank you, ALEKO!”

“My gate would only close, not open. Called Aleko, was transferee to a tech. He told me it was probably the limit switch. Ordered it, $15, installed it, that was easier then it looked like. And sure enough, that was the fault! Saved me a bunch of money, thank you!”
