“Pay attention to the wiring! Our first came with the pig tail and we wired it per the instructions. However, the pig tail is for 12V. You have to remove the back of it and find the leads for the 24V wiring. Easy once you realize it but we blew up the first one because we wired it wrong! We've had it in operation for a couple months now and it works great. Easy to program. Lacks in the ability to let you know someone is at the gate. The ring button does not function and is not designed to. It is strictly for looks! For the money... a good buy. The cards are nice for those people you don't want to give the access code to but want to give them limited access for a short period of time. I would buy again.”

“Although I really love this product I am giving it 3 stars due to the fact that it comes with no instructions and the picture sheet with the graphics and part numbers were illegible. My cat really likes it though at first I thought on no did I just waste $105. By the third day she was climbing all over it and playing with the little hanging mice.”
