“The required hinges were not included with my gate order. I ordered and paid for the hinges to expedite. I received the wrong hinges they are too fat my gates are 14 feet. In order to return service rep insisted i take pictures of the improper hinges. I did, but am can find no logical reason for including pictures because i can send a technical drawing the hinges do not fit into the holes in the gates and the spacing is wrong. I do not think i should have to pay for the hinges that were not correctly included with my original order. This has caused a lot of delay. I would appreciate help with this.”
