The lock works good ,simple to install and so far functions well. The key for the lock is only used to hold the lock open if the power would fail, I had hoped it would lock it shut since the latch is not all that secure, only a light spring keeps it locked. But it should keep the gate more secure In the event of high winds.

If you need several of these and you have already synced the first two you must re-do ALL remotes at the same time. It appears it must change the signal somehow every time you sync a group of devices. You also have to take apart the gate opener every time you want to do this.
