“We really love your product,this is our 3rd 5x5 kennel, however the last one was delivered in a ripped and torn box that had more tape than cardboard.Two side panels and the gate section were scraped or dented and one section had welds broken on the wire mesh.Photos forwarded to sales. Some end caps were scraped off.Hoping to get some replacement parts to replace the damaged ones as these kennels are indoors in our grooming room.”

“The gate was made well, packing was good, no damage upon arrival. We bought another Aleko gate in 2014 and it is holding up very well. Only complaint on this gate, once we hung the gates, the posts are 9"shorter than the gates. Doesn't looks like the photos or drawings for sure.”

“For the price this unit can not be beat. I've only had it installed for 2 weeks now but no problems yet and I like the way it works. Was simple to set up. One of the stanchions that the motor and gear box mount to was welded on a little crooked, I think the typical internet reviewer would have blown a gasket and DEMANDED that it be replaced IMMEDIATELY and left a scathing review as well, but instead, being a capable adult, I took out a round file, elongated the mount holes just and bit and everything fit together fine. So the install was not without hiccup, but one again, for the price, wonderful unit.”
