“Compact perfect for my riding jacket or pocket. It comes with a battery. I'm using it on my opener manufactured in 2001.Only problem, it will not allow me to program two buttons to the same device. This would allow easier use with riding gloves on.”

“old be programmable. But, leaving my car running in the driveway while I ran inside to open the garage door and then back into the car to pull it into the garage was getting a little stale. So, I finally settled on this Genie G3T-R model.The verdict? I should've bought this months ago when I first purchased my home and was told there was no garage door opener!Programming the remote was a breeze -- I literally pushed the button on my lift, pressed the button twice on the remote and -- voila -- a fully functional garage door opener conveniently clipped to the visor of my car. No more running in back and forth between a running car and the house to get into the garage!Aside from the ease of programming, the remote and included clip are small, which is exactly what I was hoping for. You barely notice it tucked up on my visor.Although I hope I won't have to purchase another universal garage door opener in the future, I certainly would not hesitate to purchase this again for a Genie opener.”
