“Button a little sensitive but works great. Setup was a breeeeze!!! I have two now ??Update Dec. 29th 2016......(For those not familiar with openers)I bought two of these (one a few days later than the first) and followed the same step for the first.That was a mistake. The first one I purchased became deprogrammed when I programmed the second remote. (Genie was very helpful and responsive).For a total reset of a garage door (FIRST REMOTE), press the button for a few seconds and follow the instructions for remote. For additional remotes purchased at a later date, you only press the garage opener with no holding. Then follow inst. on the remote.All in all- a long press is really resetting the garage door itself. So of course the first one will be erased lol”
