“, until the red LED also turns green. Both colors, red and green, will be visible within the bulb. Next, push the "Learn" button on your Genie garage door opener. A red light will come on beside the button on the unit. Then, on your remote, press once and release the same button you held down for ten seconds just once. The red light on the opener will flash red rapidly. Press once and release the same button on your remote again, and the red light will go off. Press the same button on your remote one more time and the garage door will open or close, depending on its previous position. That's all there is to it! I like the compact size of this unit and the way it clips securely to my sun visor. The visor clip fits snugly to the remote, too, and should stay there. I've read some reviews that this remote is spotty and doesn't always work. I'll let you know how mine performs in a later review. For now, I'm happy that I have a garage door opener remote that works. Hope this helps.”
