“We purchased this product based on reviews under a different remote (the Genie38501R). The other remote was mildly infuriating as I had to re-program it at least once a week. I tested this one on my wife, who tends to have no patience for anything electronic, and I am happy to say she is very pleased with it. It's a bit bigger than the Genie 38501R, slightly larger than her key FOB, but for the reliability it is well worth it.”
