“I have not been able to resolve my issue with the exit wand sensor. I talked with customer support (Hector) he stated my sensor adjustment needs to have both wires conected but my wand only has 4 wires and to conect the sensor adjustment the wand needs to have 5 wires. Why would the same wand LM157 be make with 4 wires and also 5 wires? I have sent Hector a photo of the 4 wire exit wand 5 days ago, he stated he would send out a 5 wire exit wand, but have had no follow up with this issue.”

“it’s all right inside the box just run the wire to your panel on your side of the gate and put the wand in the place that you want and it’s done”

“I love our new Aleko security gate. My son recommended the exit wand and it is great to know my guests can exit easily. I just ordered the keypad, so UPS, FED X, etc. can drop off my packages and my house is still secure when they leave. My gate is way better than I thought it would be. Very high quality. Wish it would open and close a little faster, though!”
