“Bought two new keypads for my gate. One was fine but after having a terrible time with the second one we discovered that the batteries were so low that the keypad wouldn't program. Had to get new batteries for a new keypad. Hope that isn't a sign of things to come.”

“I added this to my Aleko AC1400 opener. Like the opener it's a nightmare to program but once you're over the hurdle then it works well. The instructions that came with it said absolutely nothing about how to pair the keypad to the motor. After a half hour hold the tech support guy was very helpful and we paired it and changed the combo. Seems to work great. This company really needs to improve the basic instructions that come with their products. The folks in tech support are helpful but extremely difficult to get ahold of.”
