“I've written numerous emails to Aleko to give me an RMA for this gear, and I have had zero response. It started when their customer service misinformed me that the Aleko came with a nylon gear, so I would have to order the metal gear separately. Turns out this wasn't true, the Aleko came with a metal gear. Now I'm just trying to return it, and after two months have not had a single response. Thanks for the great customer service, Aleko!”
