installed new motor, worked two times and now completely dead, installed back old motor, gate is still work with manual push start, so we know it's issue with the motor. contacted support to request return, getting no response.

the motor bolted right on and worked perfectly but I had to call 3 time to find out what was going on with my shipment it took 5 days to get it from the west side of Washington to the east side of Washington I could of walked there and picked it up! very disappointed in the shipping department!!!
