“Great looks. Simple mounting and wiring instructions. Functioning flawlessly so far. Calls for 6 awg wire so make sure you leave plenty to work with. It isn't as flexible as your standard house wiring. We have been using three to four times a day since we finished the build and installation. I would give this a perfect rating so far except out of the box the chrome was flaking off of the wire mesh guard and there are several small dents in the outer shell even though it came well packaged and the box had no obvious damage. Also while tightening the power feeds I cracked one of the plastic mounts but just moved to the other one. NBD. Performance is wonderful though. I probably didn't need the 9kw model for the size of our room but I'm a go big or go home kind of guy. The perfect social distancing / isolation project. Highly recommended.”
