“I attached the new circut board. The activation button did not work. I called for technical support and the technician helped my activate it with the old button. (which I did) The system beeped by the gate does not move. We tried a few suggestions, but nothing worked. Push the button and only get a beep. Now I am told to take a video of the board and hit the button so you can see the board and hear the beep. (I don't understand this) My problem, my iphone does not send pictures or videos to an email address. Now what?????? Go to an Apple store which is 150 miles away to get my phone fixed first. NOT HAPPY NEED HELP”

“these awnings are much much better then I was expecting I almost bought pulleys rope and tie offs glad I waited as these were all include so as far as the awnings are concerned great.what I did not like was you give a phone number to call but its always busy and you leave a number to call back but now one returns a call and I waited three days but no call back and I triad at least eight times.”
