“Installed gate and control box approx a year ago, started having numerous gate opening/closing issues so replaced board and it solved problem.”

“The Aleko GG gate opener is a piece of junk. In less than a year had to replace 3 circuit boards. The last one would not power up. My gate installer called Aleko on hold for 55 minutes no response. I called Aleko and they wanted me to solder a part of the board. When I refused they wanted a video of th board not working. This company is an absolute joke. Do not buy their products!!!”

“Cannot rate the product as it would not power up when installed, contacted Aleko and was told that a new one would be furnished when availible. Still without gate opener working.”

“I cannot rate because Aleko Customer Service send me the wrong Control Board after I paid an extra $25 for the 2 day rush shipping fee, later to fine out I would not get the $25 refund of the shipping fee even thought I spoke to Aleko Customer Service.”

“Overall, I am pretty pleased with the control board. There is a learning curve to getting it set up but I am getting there. I have added all the bells and whistles on my system and it operates very well. Really, my only gripe is there seems to be no way to keep the gate open with any programming. I am really surprised that this feature is not included with this board. My gate access control is a BFT WIFI Pro II. My unit will send a "stay open" command but the Aleko gate control does not take it. I bought a separate time clock that is designed for this purpose and, again, the Aleko does not recognize this command. This is disappointing as I would like the gate to open in the morning during the week and close at night. I probably would have looked elsewhere if this would have been listed in the specs. If this isn't important to you, then, by all means, go with this controller.”
