“Had ordered a 14’ gate and wanted a smaller gate to match the 14’ gate. Well built gate but the company has a little to be desired. Once they have your money they could care less about you. My gate was lost by the trucking company and I had to beg them to send me another gate. It took almost 4 weeks to send me a new gate and I still have not gotten it. If I did not need it to match the gate that I already have I would have told them it shove it. So disappointed in the customer service of this company.”

“The gate came scratched at 6:00 at night and unknown to me, the non-stop-talking delivery person failed to leave the 2nd package with posts and hinges. Once discovered, we never got our posts and hinges were sent to the wrong address-and we were told they were coming Federal Express with a tracking number that didn't work-because they were really sent USPS! Finally we install the gate and there is NO LATCH! No response from customer service so I pay for a latch to be sent-7 to 10 days later the envelope arrives ripped open and empty-with a disclaimer from USPS saying that's the way they got it. Message to Customer Service and all I've gotten is platitudes from the computer.”

While we have no control over the driver not leaving all of the packages, we did fail you after that in sending incorrect tracking information along with a poorly packaged replacement.
