“Cheap. Very flimsy, there was no cushioning for my pet to lay on and although the bed says it's 19 in all around the heating pad was 11 in and that's just not worth $35 plus shipping”

“The bed is flimsy and does not stand firm. The heating pad does not heat! You barely feel any warmth from it at all. Your dog will create more body heat that this thing puts off! Once you put it in the zippered casing for the pad, you cannot feel any heat from it at all.”

“It's only fluffy around the edges, the heated "bed" part is hard and thin. There is no way to control the temperature. There's no on/off switch.”
