“no email reply sent multiple emails with no reply had to make phone calls to get information on shipping was told I would get a follow up email and phone call on the update of my order and did not get any reply had to make a second phone call to get status of order the tarp was folded so tight that it had creases in it and small pin holes where it was creased the tarp was shipped separate from the frame but I was charged for complete unit as soon as tarp shipped ordered on 5/27/19 did not get all of the items until 6/12/19 also bolts that were sent with awning were to short had to spend an additional $35 on stainless bolts instruction are not he best. I would think twice before I order anything from Aleko again.”

“Awning works great. The instructions were possibly the worst I've ever seen. Thanks to Youtube I was able to piece together enough info to get it installed and working.”
