“It took me and my wife about 15 hours total to assemble the sauna from start to finish. The manual is not very good and could definitely be improved, but being an engineer helped a lot in figuring things out. That said, all parts were included—nothing was missing—and the overall quality of the materials was good. We’ve been using the sauna almost every day for about a year now, and everything is holding up well so far. No issues with the structure or components, and it performs exactly as expected. We’re planning to upgrade the ventilation slightly, but that’s pretty normal—there really isn’t a sauna of this type that comes with perfect ventilation out of the box. Overall, it’s a solid sauna with good build quality, just be prepared for a challenging assembly process if you’re not technically inclined.”

“Where do I begin? First and foremost, I believe the quality of this product to be sufficient. It arrived in it's box unbroken, in good condition from it's factory in China, ready for us to assemble. Although, it did not include all of the parts required. This is where our journey began and our journey continues to this day! In Summary: - The directions provided were the absolute worst, most incomplete/incorrect directions I've ever used for any product I've bought, ever. With how complex the project is to put this Sauna together with the thousands of parts they send you, it requires at least decent instructions/diagrams, etc. The directions they provide are incomplete, inadequate, and downright WRONG at various turns. It created a nightmare in constructing and I had several carpenters helping me. - Missing parts - there are missing wood parts, missing screws, etc. It makes it hard to complete a project with missing parts. - The bags of complex screws, nuts, bolts, were labeled with half Mandarin/English marker that was half rubbed off and inaccurate. Pretty difficult to manage and we found ourselves guessing at many turns. - The Roof Shingles - OH THE ROOF SHINGLES! Hahaha. Well folks, the directions they give you to assemble those look like the most complex Geometry/Trigonometry quiz question you've ever been tasked to solve. It's insane that these directions would be sent to a consumer as directions. It's a riddle and we still have yet to put the roof shingles on due to this. Long story short - the product is nice once assembled, quality is solid, but what you save in price is a mountain of a task to get through. The directions are completey inadequate, and the parts are incomplete with what we got. Buyer beware....”
