“This is Jim's nephew Joe, the guy that pays for Alert1 for Jim. Found Jim on the floor and contacted Alert1 who reacted rapidly. Ambulance within 20 minutes. Transported to hospital. He is now in Rehab. He was not wearing his button so would have been in a very bad state if I had not checked on him. Bottom line...the button would have got him help sooner. Think Alert1 is a great safety net for our senior citizens.”

“This is her son. The system worked as it was supposed to. I was called as well and although i live close by, the emt's had her up and taken care of when I arrived. She is fine and is thoroughly reassured, and grateful, she was wearing the pendant. Money well spent.”
