“My mom was having some GI issues and had been to the toilet 5 or 6 times within an hour. She became dehydrated and couldn't get up off of the toilet. She pushed her Alert 1 button, was unable to hear any response, and you folks were unable to hear her. EMTs were dispatched and aided my Mom. I was notified by phone, as was my brother. When I arrived at Mom's apartment ten minutes after that phone call, the EMTs were there and had gotten Mom into a living room chair, assessed her vitals (which were fine), and then left Mom in my hands. System worked well, as designed, and made Mom feel at ease after her ordeal. THANKS!!!”

“Mom was treated promptly by emt's . She was transported to the hospital in a very short time period. The person who notified me was very curtious and calm, which was reassuring to me,”
