“Alert 1 has been a life saver for my elderly 90 year old mother. I am her daughter and we live in another state from her. She has been falling and when she can not get herself up, Alert 1 has paramedics dispatched very quickly to her home and they notify me asap. “Alert1 you all are fantastic! We ordered this for my gma after she had a bad fall. Each & everyone who we spoke with has been nothing but amazing! Kudos to the entire staff! She accidentally hit the button a couple times & each an everyone has been so nice & caring wanting to make sure she did not need any help.
