“I have used aline insoles for about 5yrs when I was introduced them at a snowboarding convention. They have been great and I think they have helped my flat feet for all activities: walking, light running, snowboarding etc.”
“Alines are simply put the best off the shelf footbed on the market. As a master bootfitter I see many custom footbeds and the Alines are generally better out of the bag as they are anatomically and ergonomically correct. For skiing they help the skier engage the boot in a quick and responsive manner, generate more power to the carve, improve responsiveness in the bumps and facilitate a quicker and more effective release from the bindings on those rare occasions when the skier falls, which is less likely due to the enhanced fit and control the Alines facilitate. All while the CLIMATE keeps the foot warmer than a standard footbed.
Consider it as if putting air in your tires. You can get to the grocery store if your tires are underinflated but you won't get the performance you paid for out of your other equipment untill you are "pumped up!"”
“The CLIMATE, like all the Aline footbeds are the most anatomically correct footbed on the market. In my experience of over 20 years as a Master bootfitter they are often more helpful to skiers in particular than custom footbeds. The CLIMATE is built to reflect warmth back onto the user. Having tested it out with the Climate and the Red Aline there is a noticable difference over the course of time on the hill or winter bikeriding.”
