“Just had the fire fitted and the fitter commented that it was very good quality, well made and easy to fit. Looks good set in the marble fire place and when blazing. Just slightly disappointed with the heat output, but my previous fire was a big beast!”

“We received our fire exactly on time as we had been told. It was well packed for protection. We opened the box and had a quick look inside and all seems well but we wont know till we have the fire fitted next week but hopefully we will still be very pleased with it.”
