“Bought this fire to replace A less efficient one, we have been using it During the evenings we find that after the initial warmup we only need to run it on low setting to keep the room toasty warm. The fire looks good is very robustly made, and is a great addition to the room. The fire looks like a very expensive addition to the room but was very reasonably priced, and with the controls at the side no more getting down on our knees turn it on. We now wish we had purchased this years ago, looking forward to a long and happy relationship with our new fire.”

“Great over all product. Even the installer commented on how solidly it was built. Looks very smart and lights very easily and - so far at least - every time. My only gripe really is that you increase the heat by sliding up a control on the right side of the fire. While it does stop when you get to full, its far to easy to keep going and turn the fire completely off. Over all though, highly recommended.”

“Great replacement for an old fashioned gas fire in tenanted properties -pumps out masses of heat and tenants love the look of it plus the lack of open flame so no draughts and safe. I've installed three and the only problem I had was with a bad chimney.”

“Service from the supplier was quick and efficient and the delivery man was friendly and obliging. The fire is attractive and adds to the room. Useful to have controls near the top, especially when you are aging. Although we have no cause to use the fire extensively, heat output seems to be good, but we have to use the appliance for longer to make a more accurate assessment of this.”

“This really is a top quality product, the build quality is first class we are absolutely delighted with the way it looks and the performance over our previous inset gas fire is really noticeable. We chose the high efficiency model with the glass front knowing it would take a little longer to warm up the room, but we were pleasantly surprised how quickly it kicks out the heat. the solid cast frame acts as a very effective convector and produces a constant steady output across all settings, we have a lounge diner and we found that set at mid point the fire soon gives us a very comfortable warm room. Highly recommend this product along with the excellent service we received from the Gas Superstore.”

“Service from Gas superstore has been brilliant, delivered new gas fire next day, we've just had it installed and we are delighted with this fire. It is extremely well made, The cast frame is solid and helps radiate the heat, with the enclosed glass fascia it takes a couple of minutes to heat up, but once up to temperature it kicks out a wonderful amount of heat on the high setting. We've found that turning it down to just below the mid setting gives a comfortable steady warmth to our living room. The coal effect for such a slim fire is wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend this product from Flavell and have no hesitation in saying that our experience with the Gas Superstore would lead me to deal with them again.”
