“This fire was installed in about 2 hours and the engineer said that it was a brilliant fire for the money. Looks sleek and modern in the nickel colour, and the flames, coal and glow are realistic. Very warm and the slide control on the side means you can turn on the fire with one finger and is so simple and controllable. I'm really pleased with this fire.”

“I don't recommend this store. Very bad customer service. When you place an order they keep your money for weeks pretending that the item is not in stock.”

“The fire was delivered on the date agreed. We had a gas fitter fit the fire (it replaced our existing Valor Visage that was 14yrs old). It took aprox 2hrs to fit. The fire has been in for just over two weeks. It has a glass front and the slide control makes it easy to regulate. It seems an excellent fire and is very pleasing to look at and seems to be good value for money. I would highly recommend this fire to anyone.”
