“Rating the service with fire-cookers,I could not fault them...They were informative, over the phone, when I requested specific information about this fire..I orderd on line very easily and it arrived as arranged on the day. The fire looks as I expected and the gas fitter I used was reasonable impressed and fitted it easily. It is suppsed to be high efficiency..being a slimline model it will have a limited output of which I was aware.It lights easily with slide control..so far very happy with purchase.(only fitted a few days ago).”
