“Happy with the fire...but using the controls for elderly parents is not easy. To light it, you have to ....Push the dial in slightly....turn to left to ignite ...push in further...turn more to left,...hold in for several seconds. This is a lot for elderly people, of sound mind...but they are standing with a walking stick...whilst trying to consentrate on lightling the fire. l am their carer, and l deem the new gas fire, difficult to light. i hope this helps.”

“As it is currently summer the fire has not been thoroughly tested, but since it replaces a similar one which has worked well for nearly 20 years I have every confidence it will prove satisfactory. The price was very competitive.”
