“Nice fire with a good flame picture on position 2, it's bit more light weight than our old Glow worm fire, but has a good heat output and can be turned down low for back ground heat.”

“Excellent service, kept informed and advised on morning of delivery that Donny the delivery driver would arrive between 11.11am and 12.11pm and promptly arrived at 11.30am. .”

“Placed the order in mid November 2013, advised of the delivery date, only to be told the day before, its not in stock, expected in december, once again advised of new delivery date, but yes you guessed it, not in stock, now early january 2014. In Jan i rang them to ask for refund to be told, its in stock , delivery two days time, an hour later told not in stock delivery expected tomorrow, finally I got the call and it was delivered two days after stock arrived as expected by a nice helpful guy. All in all a poor customer service, shall not be going back there again !”
