“Bought this fire to replace an existing one, only four years old,which unfortunately Dimplex are unable to supply the parts for...and yet they still stock it and sell it!! That said, it gives a nice glow and is quite realistic. The Gas Superstore were really fast...cooking on gas!! The fire was delivered within 24 hours of ordering, even though it was Sunday 21st December, and the service was excellent. Their price was the cheapest too! So 5 stars to them and "Thank You"!”
